Veridian Electoral

Independent electoral verification · EN / ES / PT

Make the electoral record legible, and defensible.

Veridian Electoral verifies tally sheets, aggregates independently with stated confidence intervals, keeps chain-of-custody evidence bundles, and reconciles against the official record. We publish what the evidence supports and log what it does not.

Nonpartisan. No win-calls. No candidate and no party is named anywhere in a Veridian surface.

Engagements

What we verify, and how it is bought

Scope, artifact, and refusal conditions are fixed in writing before an engagement begins. Engagements are contracted per election, per country — always whole, never detached pieces.

Engagement A

ERM engagement

Election-night results verification, sold whole: field capture with a chain-of-custody trail, tally-sheet verification, independent aggregation with stated intervals, and audit-reconciliation against the official record, delivered as a sealed evidence bundle.

Engagement B

Evidence package — retainer + activation

A standing retainer that keeps custody, protocol, and staffing ready; activation on a declared contest date produces one court-ready, hash-verifiable bundle. The retainer buys readiness, not a figure.

Engagement C

Media results feed

An aggregate-only feed for media consortia: totals, intervals, and provenance for every figure. No win-calls, no projections, no candidate-level commentary — editorial judgment stays in the newsroom.

Engagement D

Observer / EOM kit

Field kit for observer missions: tally-sheet capture forms, custody events, and a reconciliation view that shows where the official record and the observed record differ.

Every figure in this box is the electoral authority's. Veridian published no competing figure, and this page makes no claim about the outcome.

Across the four-day count window, a national field-capture and evidence-chain operation ran in production, and every number our automated monitor surfaced carried a provenance marker or a logged N/A — it never estimated what it could not see.

Our limitation, disclosed by us

Automated tally-sheet verification has not run live at national scale.

It is simulation-proven: a three-tally-sheet live demonstration, plus a pipeline designed for national scale. That is the whole of the evidence. We state it here rather than let a buyer discover it in procurement. Track record, including what did not run →

Neutrality

Neutrality is enforced, not asserted

Neutrality here is a set of controls with logged results, not a sentence in a brochure: one isolated tenant per engagement with zero cross-tenant reads tested continuously in CI; same-race dual-engagement exclusion screened at intake; written disclosure of the two-brand structure and the infrastructure both share; no characterization of any political actor.

The floor is published because a price a buyer cannot see is a price they cannot compare. Scope above the floor is quoted against the artifact list, never against the contest.
