One published card, the same terms for every lawful principal.
No below-cost pricing, no favored-party pricing, no discount for exclusivity or for a friendly principal. A price a buyer cannot see is a price they cannot compare, so the floor is published and the card is the same card for everyone.

The floor is always shown, in every language, on every surface. Scope above the floor is quoted against the artifact list, never against the contest, the principal, or how badly the figure is wanted.

Billing notes
How the invoice is built
- Currency
- All amounts are in US dollars, invoiced in US dollars, and not indexed to a contest or a result.
- Field costs
- Field logistics and travel are billed at cost, with receipts, and are never marked up into the engagement price. ⚖ to be confirmed in the engagement terms
- Schedule
- Payment is tied to operational gates — rehearsal, activation, freeze — not to a result, a finding, or a publication.
- No success fee
- There is no success fee, no contingency, and no bonus of any kind. Our payment cannot move with what the evidence shows. ⚖ to be confirmed in the engagement terms
Not for sale
What is never sold, at any price
- A win-call, a projection, or a figure presented as a result before certification.
- Partisan analysis, or any characterization of a political actor.
- Individual-level data, and anything voter-facing.
- Extraction without verification and reconciliation — “just the OCR”.
- Exclusivity that would turn a shared record into one principal's asset.
- A below-cost or favored-party price, in any currency, for any principal.
