Neutrality
Disclosure first, then the controls.
Neutrality claimed is worth nothing. What follows is the disclosure a procurement reviewer needs, then the controls that back it, then the artifacts that prove each control ran.
Disclosure
What you should know before reading anything else on this page
Veridian Electoral is operated by the same company that runs a political campaign decision-support product under a separate brand. We state this first, in writing, and we do not name that brand in a Veridian surface. A reviewer who learns this in procurement instead of here should treat that as our failure, not as a technicality.
The disclosure is the reason the controls below exist. They are written so that a reviewer can inspect each one rather than take our word for it.
Controls
Four controls a procurement reviewer can inspect
Control 01
Separate brands, mandates and terms
The two products carry separate brands, separate mandates, separate contracts and separate published terms. No Veridian engagement is sold, scoped, staffed, or priced through the other brand.
Ask for · both sets of published terms, side by side
Control 02
Technical data separation
Each engagement runs in its own tenant. Cross-tenant reads are zero across the row-level-security sweep, and the sweep runs continuously in CI rather than at review time.
Zero cross-tenant reads · continuous in CI
Ask for · the sweep definition and the CI run output
Control 03
Conflict rule, screened at intake
Same-race dual-engagement exclusion: we do not hold engagements for opposing principals in the same race. The exclusion is screened at intake, before a contract exists, and the screening is recorded.
Ask for · the intake screening record for your race
Control 04
Shared infrastructure, disclosed in writing
The two brands share infrastructure. That sharing is disclosed in writing in every engagement, naming the boundary and the control that is tested at it. Silence would be the failure, not the sharing.
Ask for · the written disclosure clause in the contract
Categorical
What we do not do, in any engagement
These are categorical. They do not move for a principal, a price, a jurisdiction, or a deadline.
- Nothing voter-facing: no app, no page, no notification aimed at voters.
- No individual-level data, collected, stored, or accepted.
- No partisan analysis, for any principal.
- No win-calls and no projections, before or after certification.
- No characterization of a political actor, their intent, or their conduct.
- No candidate name and no party name in any Veridian label, figure, or exhibit.
Principals
Any lawful principal, any orientation, the same published terms
We do not select principals by orientation, and we do not price by it. The same scope, the same refusal conditions, and the same published floor apply to a party legal team, an observer mission, a media consortium, and an election office. The only screen at intake is lawfulness and the same-race exclusion.
Governance
Governance you can audit
- Standing orders
- Written orders that hold across engagements, versioned, with the date each clause took effect. Staff act under them, not under case-by-case judgment.
- Claims registry
- Every public claim we make about a capability is registered with its proving basis and its verbatim qualifier. A claim without a registry entry is not made.
- Blameless postmortems
- Written after every engagement, whether or not anything failed. Findings become contract gates rather than intentions.
- Human accountability
- A named role signs every verification and every refusal. No figure and no denial is attributed to a system alone.
Verification of this document
Every control above produces an artifact
The CI sweep output, the intake screening record, the standing orders, the claims registry, and the postmortem set exist as documents. They are made available for inspection under NDA, to a named reviewer, on request. Nothing on this page is asserted without an artifact behind it, and where an artifact cannot be shown we say so rather than restate the claim.
Request an engagement
Tell us the contest, the date, and the artifact you need. We reply with scope, refusal conditions, and a price against the published floor.
