Scope 01
The recount file
A hash-verified capture set, the extraction and verification records behind it, and a hashed snapshot of the official record as published at the moment it was fetched. Assembled to be handed to a recount board, not to be summarized for one.
Scope 02
The canvass diff
A reconciliation report keyed by county and precinct, showing where our verified figures and the canvass differ, line by line, with every unmatched line resolved or logged as N/A with a reason.
Scope 03
RLA support, for parties, observers and counsel
Ballot-polling sample sizes computed from the reported margin and the ballot count. Ballot-comparison support additionally requires the jurisdiction's batch manifest; without that manifest we say so and stop, rather than approximate it.

What we would not do in the United States
- Run an official risk-limiting audit for an election office. The official audit belongs to the jurisdiction; we support the parties who check it.
- Anything at voter level: no voter file work, no individual records, no voter-facing product of any kind.
- Any engagement at all before counsel clears the structure. No letter of intent, no pilot, no pro-bono exception.
