The work does not change with the buyer. What changes is the question each buyer has to answer to their own principal, so each card names that question and points at the page that answers it.

Party legal teams
What you get
Results defense built on verified records: recount and canvass support, reconciliation against the official record, and an evidence bundle the opposing party can check without us.
What we refuse
Partisan analysis, win-calls, characterization of the other side, and anything voter-facing. We will not be your expert on the outcome; we are the record on the evidence.

“Will this survive the other side's expert?”
Buyer 02
Observer missions
What you get
Verification compatible with PVT methodology: sampling frames your statisticians can inspect, capture forms for your own field structure, and outputs in formats that drop into mission reporting.
What we refuse
We do not certify a mission's political conclusions, we do not handle individual-level data, and we do not publish an interval on a coverage-based sample, however much the deadline wants one.

“Does this fit our PVT methodology, and our reporting deadline?”
Buyer 03
Media consortia
What you get
An aggregate-only feed with an attribution string for every figure, written to be published verbatim. The schema has no win-call field, so nothing in the feed can be rendered as a call by accident.
What we refuse
Win-calls, projections, candidate-level commentary, and exclusivity arrangements that would make the feed one outlet's asset rather than a shared record.

Buyer 04
Election offices and EMBs
What you get
Engagement through an observer mission or a donor subcontract: reconciliation against your own published record, and an evidence bundle that a challenger can verify without your help.
What we refuse
Running an official risk-limiting audit for an election office stays out of scope in v1, and nothing we build is voter-facing. We would rather decline than be the office's own auditor and its reviewer at once.

“Can you contract with us directly, and where is the conflict line?”
Buyer 05
Courts and counsel
What you get
A bundle written to be examined: the custody ledger columns a certification rests on, a five-step offline procedure, and a plain statement of what the evidence establishes.
What we refuse
Opinion evidence on the outcome, characterization of any actor's intent, and any suggestion that a hash establishes more than that a file is the same file.
